Establish A Business, Any Business, Now
The first and foremost duty of any business, is to stay in business. So, if your name isn’t posted on the front door, you’re an expense, and are therefore expendable. There is no longer any such thing as loyalty to employees. A company you work for values you only so long as what you do ensures its profit. The sooner you accept this and begin to look out for yourself, the same way companies are constantly looking out for themselves, the better. Think of building wealth, and a legacy, instead of merely making someone else’s dream real. As the popular saying goes, “Do something you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.”
